What is the meaning behind your brand name?
Goats are the reason our brand story began; our Goat Milk Beauty Bars are our founding product and continue to be our hero product.
How/why did you start your brand?
I (Heather) was tired of trying new, promising treatments repeatedly with the same disappointing results. Frustrated, I took matters into my own hands and started formulating naturally effective skincare for myself. Other women began asking for my goat milk beauty bars, and so I realized I could help others achieve the skin confidence they deserve.
What was your biggest obstacle with launching a brand?
In the beginning you are trying to do everything yourself and nobody knows who you are. It's exhausting and frustrating at the same time. Having a partner and developing relationships has helped us keep our sanity while growing our brand.
What motivates you to grow your brand?
Hearing from our customers how we've made an impact in their lives is an amazing feeling and motivates us to keep moving forward. Knowing we can help women feel more confident while using natural products that are good for you.
Any tips and tricks on using your products?
After bathing, do not dry your skin before applying our facial or body oil. This tip makes a huge difference! Rub the oil on wet skin and watch the magic happen.
Does your brand give back? How?
We do give back periodically throughout the year. We donate product to a variety of local organizations.
