Quick marinade for healthy and authentic homemade shawarma. Tangy, citrusy and very garlicky. Great for pita wraps, salads, Mediterranean bowls, and more! Traditionally used with chicken but works great with shrimp, tofu or protein/vegetable of choice. Authentic Lebanese family recipe with clean ingredients and no seed oils, added sugar, preservatives, emulsifiers or anything artificial.
Directions: 1. Pick your protein 2. Marinade and use directly or refrigerate up to 24 hours 3. Prepare your way: grill, sear or roast! 4. Enjoy directly, in a pita wrap, on a salad, on a rice bowl, on a hummus bowl... The possibilities are endless! 5.
