Lemon Tahini Sauce

Lemony, earthy and garlicky tahini sauce for everything. Very versatile:

1. Drizzle over falafel, meats, fish, and roasted veggies

2. Spread on sandwiches and pita wraps

3. Use as a salad dressing for a healthier Coleslaw or Caesar salad, or thin with olive oil and honey for a versatile tahini dressing

4. Whip up hummus or baba ghanouj by blending it with cooked chickpeas or roasted eggplant

5. Use as a cooking sauce with roasted fish or kofta meatballs

6. Dip your veggies in it; or mix with Greek yogurt for a yogurt tahini dip.
