MinoryaCo is a Liberica coffee micro-farm located in Lipa City, Philippines. Gina Santos, the founder aims to revive and preserve one of the world’s most unique beans. Her mission is to carry on the legacy of Filipino coffee (Kapeng Barako) by planting throughout Lipa. Filipino Coffee was the first imported beans arrived in the U.S. in 1865. Liberica coffee can endure heat and cold climates, regarded as the Future of Coffee beans. 

Minorca Co. coffee has been seen at the James Beard, Foundation, Vogue Philippines, and serving as a coffee bar resident at Guild House Hotel, a Michelin Guide Hotel.
