A calming blend of oudh and patchouli helps bring cortisol into balance. Paired with vitamin E–packed jojoba, it rolls on as both care and fragrance.
Caftari Studies:
Human:
Nightly agarwood aromatherapy has been associated with improved sleep quality and reductions in anxiety and depression scores (CES-D, HAMD) in clinical settings.¹ In human EEG work, agarwood incense also increased fast-alpha activity — a brainwave state often linked with relaxation and calm.²
Preclinical:
Multiple controlled studies show agarwood essential oil calms the stress (HPA) axis in animals — lowering ACTH and corticosterone (the rodent equivalent of cortisol) under restraint-stress conditions.³
