Farmers in Tumaco expertly produce premium cacao with a centralized processing and drying system that ensures the quality of each harvest. With the help of local Colombian cacao companies, this region has drastically increased its income, selling to bean-to-bar companies instead of mass chocolate producers. This simple chocolate bar features notes of whiskey, caramel, and molasses.
